СОСТАВ РЕЦЕПТА

  • 400g (14 oz) sweet crispy plain cookies (traditionally Gaidelis)
  • 400g (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 190g (1 2/3 stick) unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sweetened cocoa
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

    Crumble the cookies into a bowl, some finely and some more coarsely.

    In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, add the sugar, and stir until fully dissolved—do not let it boil.

    Add cocoa and condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth and lump-free. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

    Mix in the crumbled cookies and stir well.

    Spread plastic wrap on a surface, shape the mixture into a log, and wrap it tightly, sealing the ends.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
