Что это за блюдо

Исходное описание на английском языке. Русский перевод ещё не добавлен.

Schwedeneisbecher is an ice cream dessert from Germany that originated in the former East Germany. It consists of scoops of vanilla ice cream served in a glass bowl, topped with smooth applesauce, poured with egg liqueur, finished with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. The dessert emerged in the mid-twentieth century in the GDR during a period when bananas were difficult to obtain, and it was named after Sweden to avoid political associations while offering an appealing and familiar presentation in ice cream parlors. Preparation follows a simple assembly process in which vanilla ice cream is portioned into a chilled dish, applesauce is added as a layer or topping, egg liqueur is poured over the ice cream and fruit, whipped cream is placed on top, and grated or shaved chocolate is added just before serving so each component remains distinct. Common variations include changes in the amount of egg liqueur, the texture of the applesauce, or the style of chocolate decoration, while the defining combination of vanilla ice cream, applesauce, egg liqueur, and whipped cream remains constant. The dessert is eaten cold and is served in ice cream parlors, cafés, and homes throughout Germany, most often as an afternoon treat or after a meal, and it is commonly enjoyed on its own or alongside coffee.
