Kotlet s trsja is a Croatian dish that is especially popular in the regions of Međimurje and Podravina. It is made with pork cutlets, grapes, red wine, butter, and spices. The meat is first marinated for 24 hours, then shortly fried. The sauce is made with grapes, stock, spices, and reduced red wine. The dish is usually served with wide pasta noodles and sour cream or polenta on the side. Kotlet s trsja is usually prepared during the grape harvest in Croatia.
