01 / ABOUT THE DISH
Pisua is a flavorful Samoan dessert consisting of tapioca pearls drenched in a creamy sauce made with coconut milk and caramelized sugar. This dish is always served chilled, either as a dessert or a sweet afternoon snack. It is traditionally served in small, transparent bowls. If you don't have tapioca pearls in your kitchen, they can be replaced with granular sago.
