Fluff screamer is a unique American burger originating from Girardville, Pennsylvania's Tony's Lunch . The burger consists of a meat patty, burger buns, chili sauce, raw onions, marshmallow fluff, and a dab of butter. If desired, a slice of American cheese can also be added to the burger.
